Wholesale Purchasing Requirements

• Minimum merchandise order: US$500

• Products may be mixed, subject to availability and product-specific quantity requirements

• Preferential pricing available for larger quantities

• Selected offers, sealed cases, and brands may have different minimum quantities

• Freight, shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, and other logistics charges are quoted or confirmed separately and are not included in the US$500 minimum merchandise order. Documentation and banking charges are additional.

A US$25 Commercial Movement Declaration (DMCE) fee applies when required for export movements through the Colón Free Zone.

How to Place a Wholesale Order

1. Apply for a B2B wholesale account.

2. Our team reviews your business information.

3. Once approved, you receive access to our wholesale catalog, available inventory, and B2B pricing.

4. Build and submit your order through your wholesale account. Our team reviews your request and prepares a proforma.

5. We confirm product availability, final prices and shipping arrangements in your proforma. Submitting your order request does not require payment.

6. Complete payment and we coordinate delivery, pickup, or international dispatch.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders may be delivered within Panama, collected in Panama City or the Colón Free Zone, delivered to a freight forwarder, or shipped internationally by air, sea, or an authorized express courier.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.

Destination duties, taxes, customs charges, and import requirements are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
