Panama City: Door-to-door delivery is generally available within 24 hours.

Outside Panama City: Door-to-door or branch pickup may be available depending on destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

International retail orders may be shipped by DHL Express or another available service. Wholesale orders may be shipped by air, sea, freight forwarder, or authorized express courier as agreed after order review.

Shipping charges depend on the order's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service. Destination duties, taxes, customs charges, and import requirements are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

Minimum wholesale merchandise order: US$500. Products may be mixed, subject to availability and product-specific quantity requirements. Shipping, insurance, duties, and other logistics charges are excluded from the minimum order. Preferential pricing may apply for larger orders.
