Ofrecemos envíos económicos en todo Panamá. Hacemos envíos GRATIS sin costo adicional cuando el pedido equivale a 200$+ en valor de productos.
Entregas a Domicilio en la Ciudad de Panamá:
- Ciudad de Panamá por Servi-entrega en 48 horas: $5.00
- Ciudad de Panamá con nuestro mensajero en 24 horas: $5.00
Entregas en el INTERIOR del país:
Retiro en sucursal:
- Uno Express: $6.50 ($8.50 para Bocas del Toro)
- Transporte Ferguson: Gratis (cliente paga envío)
Envío a domicilio:
- Servi-entrega: $6.50
- ($10.00 en Bocas del Toro, Darién, Emberá, Guna Yala, Ngöbe-Buglé).
International Shipping
We ship via DHL Express Worldwide to most countries in the world. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order's weight & destination address.
Our rates are affordable, and transit times are quick, usually between 3-5 days. Transit-times may be affected due to weather and unforeseen circumstances as well. Please bear with our team, as we work to get your package delivered as soon as possible.
Disclaimer: The DHL shipping rate does not include duties & taxes, every country has their own jurisdiction for import tax, which is paid by the customer at the destination.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wafaintl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For international orders, return labels with DHL will be subject to additional charges which are paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the item is not in the original condition that it was received, it can't be returned. The product must be SEALED and in the same condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
