Our Story
Wafa International is a family-rooted fragrance business based in Panama, serving retail customers and professional buyers with authentic designer, niche and Middle Eastern fragrances.
With more than two decades in the fragrance trade and operations connected to Panama and the Colón Free Zone, we combine a broad ecommerce catalog with wholesale distribution, export coordination and personalized sales support.
What We Do
We supply fragrances to individual customers as well as perfumeries, retailers, duty-free operators, ecommerce businesses, wholesalers and distributors in Panama, Latin America, the Caribbean and other international markets.
Our assortment spans designer, niche and Middle Eastern fragrances, gift sets, new releases and selected high-demand products.
Our Commitment to Authenticity
Authenticity is fundamental to Wafa International. We source products through established commercial channels and trusted international supply partners, and we inspect incoming inventory as part of our quality-control process.
Where Wafa holds an official distribution relationship, we identify that relationship separately rather than implying that every product in our catalog comes through the same supply channel.
Why Panama
Panama is a strategic hub for trade across Latin America and the Caribbean. Our position gives us access to international supply routes and allows us to coordinate local delivery, warehouse pickup, freight-forwarder handoff and international fulfillment according to each order.
Retail & Wholesale
Retail customers can shop directly through our online store. Professional buyers can apply for a B2B account to access wholesale purchasing, current availability and business support. Our current minimum wholesale merchandise order is US$500, with freight and other logistics charges handled separately.
