WAFA INTL, S.A. distributes fragrances from premium designer and niche brands originating in the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Our mission is to grow the marketshare and product awareness for the brands and that we represent in the emerging Latin American market. We accomplish this by not only representing the brand, but also cultivating better business relationships and making the products accessible to every retail customer through our network. Our main clients are perfume wholesalers, retail stores, and duty free shops. 

We use high quality market research and valuable insights from our retailers and perfume ambassadors to develop innovative, tailor made go to market strategies for unique perfume brand concepts. Our warehouse for shipping and distribution is strategically based in the Colon Duty Free Zone, which allows us to facilitate and accelerate the supply chain towards other Latin American countries by avoiding extra import duties.

In 2019, Mr. Ahmer Husain, the visionary Managing Director, founded a fragrance distribution business in the thriving Colon Duty Free Zone of Panama. Recognizing the strategic advantages of this key international trade hub, Mr. Husain set out to create a company that would excel in delivering premium fragrances to a global audience.

Under Mr. Husain's leadership, the business quickly gained a reputation for its high-quality products and exceptional service. His expertise in the industry laid a strong foundation for the company’s success, positioning it as a prominent player in the fragrance distribution sector.

In recent years, the company has embarked on an exciting new chapter, expanding into retail operations. This pivotal move is spearheaded by Mr. Arsh Husain, the CEO and Mr. Ahmer Husain’s son, who brings fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the business. Together, the father-son duo is driving the company’s growth, blending Mr. Ahmer Husain’s seasoned experience with Mr. Arsh Husain’s dynamic leadership to establish a formidable presence in both distribution and retail.
