National Shipping Policy (Panamá)
WAFA INTL, S.A. sends all orders to the interior and rural areas of Panamá through Trasporte Ferguson, Uno-Express, or Servi-Entrega (whichever the customer prefers).

Orders to Panama City are delivered the next day, door-to-door service with our personal delivery agent for expedited service. It costs $8.00 and may vary depending on the amount of boxes being shipped.

Our shipments to Panama City and nationwide are FREE after $300 in product value. By making your purchase you are agreeing to pay for the product only and we will take care of shipping to your requested address. If your order is less than $300, shipping costs a minimum of $7 and may increase depending on the weight and dimensions of the boxes that will be shipped.

Pickup Policy (Free Zone Store)

You can place an order from the website during the checkout process, or you can schedule it by WhatsApp and have it ready to pick up at our branch within the Colon Free Zone. Upon arrival, you provide us with the purchase confirmation, or the corresponding information to complete the delivery.

At the time of delivery, the user or authorized person must review the package. By signing the compliant receipt, you will complete the purchase process, being responsible for the merchandise from that moment on. Any damage or impact that occurs after delivery will not be the responsibility of Wafa Intl, S.A.

We ship to all continents and most countries in the world. Your order will start to be processed once it's confirmed and will be ready to ship within 48 hours.

After your order is confirmed, we will get in touch with you to deliver a shipment quotation depending on your order's total weight and the method of delivery selected (air or sea shipment). You can also specify a cargo transport that operates within the Colon Duty Free Zone, if you do not have one, our agents will be able to advise you on freight transport, the most convenient, safe and economical shipping agency that operates to your country.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

If the item is not in the original condition that it was received, it can't be returned. The product must be SEALED and in the same condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
